Inspired by the Italian Renaissance, Acqua Fiorentina celebrates the art and culture of a golden age. The top notes are, unusually, plum and greengage, until now rarely used in perfumery. Renaissance roses, pink carnations, Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian lemon evoke the artistic energy of the period and form the heart of the fragrance, while in the base, cedar wood and sandalwood are the sculpted wooden frame for this particular work of art. The bottle recalls Renaissance style with embossed silver roses tumbling down its shoulders. The juice is light pink in colour, gently stained by the ingredients.
